Plus, it allows you to do so, without investing so much money. Time is really the only investment needed. Also, don't be afraid to ask investors for help. Go to local investor lunch meetings and get to know people. You will go so much farther by knowing more people and finding the investors that want to see you succeed. Becoming a bird dog is a great way to find out if you are even going to like real estate. Plus, it allows you to do so, without investing so much money. Time is really the only investment needed.
